Europe’s most prestigious naval event

Building on its excellent heritage and high-level support, Future Naval Plans and Requirements 2011 is looking to address head on the main issues affecting the procurement initiatives of the world’s naval powers. With naval budgets increasingly scrutinised, understanding emerging requirements and identifying changes in operational demands remains of fundamental importance. Militaries must ensure that naval procurement initiatives do not become victims of the economic recession as the repercussions of delays will hamper the capacity for power projection in the decades ahead.

As Europe’s most prestigious naval event, Future Naval Plans 2011 will cover the key issues shaping the naval ladscape over the next decade including:

High level strategic overviews and procurement plans:
Hear detailed future requirements and fleet renewal plans from key decision makers and budget holders

Key programme insights and updates:
Ensure that you stay fully informed on the major upgrades and procurement initiatives shaping the naval landscape

Operational feedback from key strategic areas:
Benefit from first hand experience in addressing the key strategic security issues faced by international navies

If you have the experience, knowledge and ability to speak on what you believe to be a fundamental issue relating to Future Naval Plans, please call the programme manager to see how you can help to shape the issues covered:
